If you own a lot and are looking to build your dream home, Timberlake Design/Build is uniquely qualified to manage this complex process for you. There are three general ways in which to proceed:

  1. Build one of our own plans
  2. Customize existing plans
  3. Develop your one of a kind custom home

Our Plans: Fine-tuned with our 56+ years of home building experience, our floorplans are available to be built on your lot. We have lots of inspiration for you! Choose from many unique home designs and countless options to create a space that is truly your own with the best quality, value and selection around.

Our collection of distinctive Executive and Signature Series homes has been designed with strict attention to detail. Our team of estimators, designers, and framers have value-engineered our homes so that they are easy to build, affordably customized and finished with high structural integrity. Designed to maximize square footage and featuring today’s modern finishes, our homes have something for every lifestyle.

Customizable Plans: If our plans don’t suit your every wish, we can help you design a home with one of the many architects we have collaborated with who have plans readily available that can be customized. In either scenario, using existing architectural plans and customizing them saves you money and time.

Full Custom House Plans: Some of our homeowners opt to build homes that truly are custom from the ground up. They work with an architect to design each and every aspect of the home. We then collaborate to develop the specifications and materials to complete the home.

In any of these scenarios, we will review all your options and provide pricing for you, or work with your architect to finalize your design. We also will work with talented interior designers to assist with selecting paint colors, carpet, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and more. Of course, we continue to provide uncompromising customer service throughout the entire process.
